Chelsea targets Miralem Pjanic and Radja Nainggolan could be allowed to leave Roma this summer, according to the Italian club's sporting director Walter Sabatini.

With Antonio Conte set to take over at Stamford Bridge following Italy's Euro 2016 campaign, changes are expected to be made to the Blues squad that finished 10^th in the 2015-16 Premier League season.

26-year-old Pjanic was swiftly linked with a move to west London following confirmation of Conte's appointment, with the Evening Standard suggesting in April the Premier League side are "confident" of luring the midfielder to the club with a lucrative wage offer.

Nainggolan meanwhile has attempted to play down suggestions he has been made a priority transfer target by Conte, even taking to Twitter to deny claims he had already told friends he had decided on a move to Stamford Bridge.

It would appear however that Roma could be prepared to listen to the right offers for their coveted midfielders, with Sabatini also warning them not to use the ongoing transfer speculation to try and negotiate a better deal for themselves.

"There is the possibility [of keeping Pjanic and Nainggolan] but it also depends on them," Sabatini was quoted as saying by Gazzetta dello Sport. "We can try to keep hold of them to make our squad as competitive as it has been in recent years and I think we will do, but the market is active and we have lots of possibilities to get what we need.

"I would not advise them to come and ask for more wages, though, but I don't think they will do that."

Pjanic has also been heavily linked with a move to Juventus. Following reports from Sport Mediaset, the Giallorossi were forced the issue a statement denying their claims the Serie A champions had activated the Bosnia and Herzegovina midfielder's release clause.
